I am Tasmin Graham, a qualified Psychodynamic and Integrative Psychotherapist, originally trained in London, with extensive experience working in both NHS and private practice. Alongside my work with adults, I also have a strong background in supporting children, young people, and families through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges.
My aim as a therapist is to help individuals develop greater self-compassion—creating a space where you can be open to your own struggles, rather than avoiding or disconnecting from them. Self-compassion means approaching your difficulties with kindness and understanding, rather than judgment, and recognising that pain, imperfection, and emotional ups and downs are part of being human.
