The First Session
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. You’ll have the opportunity to share what’s brought you to therapy, any current challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There’s no pressure to have all the answers—this is simply an open space to start the conversation. We will also talk through any practicalities such as confidentiality, session length, frequency, and whether short-term or open-ended therapy feels right for you.
The Ongoing Process
Each session lasts 50 minutes and is tailored to you and your needs. Some people come to therapy with a specific issue they’d like to address, while others may be looking for deeper exploration or ongoing emotional support.
Remote Sessions
All sessions are currently offered remotely, providing flexibility and comfort for you to attend from your own chosen space.
