Tasmin Graham, RDMP Psychotherapist
I am Tasmin Graham, a qualified Psychodynamic and Integrative Psychotherapist, originally trained in London, with extensive experience working in both NHS and private practice. Alongside my work with adults, I also have a strong background in supporting children, young people, and families through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges.
My aim as a therapist is to help individuals develop greater self-compassion—creating a space where you can be open to your own struggles, rather than avoiding or disconnecting from them.
Self-compassion means approaching your difficulties with kindness and understanding, rather than judgment, and recognising that pain, imperfection, and emotional ups and downs are part of being human.
Professional Registration
I am a registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist, licensed to practice in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. I adhere to the ethical standards and guidelines set by the Association for Dance Movement Psychotherapy UK (ADMP UK) and relevant UK regulatory bodies.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
All sessions are conducted in accordance with UK data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Client confidentiality is of utmost importance and is maintained within legal and ethical limits. Confidential information will not be shared without your consent, unless there is a legal obligation or a concern about serious harm to yourself or others.
Online sessions are conducted via secure, encrypted video conferencing platforms. While every effort is made to ensure digital confidentiality, clients are also encouraged to attend sessions from a private, secure location to maintain their own privacy.
International Clients
Please note that I am only licensed to provide psychotherapy within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. For clients residing outside of these regions, I offer mental health coaching and psychoeducation. These services do not constitute formal psychotherapy and are not intended as a substitute for mental health treatment provided by a locally licensed provider in your country.
By engaging in services from outside the UK/Northern Ireland, you acknowledge and accept that the services provided are not regulated as psychotherapy under your local jurisdiction, and that it is your responsibility to ensure this form of support is appropriate and permitted where you reside.
Crisis Support
The services I provide are not suitable for individuals in acute psychological crisis or at immediate risk of harm. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or mental health helpline.
