You don't have to be in crisis to come to therapy. Sometimes it's a quiet, persistent sense that something isn't right — that you're going through the motions, reacting in ways you don't quite understand, or carrying something you've never had proper space to put down.
I'm Tasmin Graham, a Psychodynamic and Integrative Psychotherapist trained in London, with experience across NHS and private settings. I work with adults navigating anxiety, low mood, trauma, and the patterns that keep showing up in their lives as well as parents and families looking for support around children's emotional and behavioural needs.
My aim is to offer a space that feels genuinely different from the rest of your day, somewhere you can be honest, slow down, and start to understand yourself a little better.
